Immaculate Conception Parish Faith Formation Mission Statement
Immaculate Conception Parish continues the mission of Jesus Christ to share, teach, serve, and celebrate God's Word so that his Kingdom may come in its fullness. “The ministry of catechesis serves the Church in that mission.” (NCD) Its chief aim is to make people’s faith “living, conscious, and active through the light of instruction.” (GCD 14).
Goals of the Faith Formation Program
At Immaculate Conception, we strive to provide an enriching, energetic, and engaging faith formation program for all ages. We use curriculums that pull on experiences and teach evangelization based on Scripture and Sacred Tradition of the Catholic Church while creating a safe atmosphere for spiritual growth in a community of faith. We are building on the foundations that will lead all of our participants to develop a deeper relationship with Jesus and a life of prayer and service to others while serving the needs of all learners in our program.
